The Maison du Chocolat started out in Paris, but these days has many branches in France and beyond. They specialise in milk chocolate, never using more than 65% cocoa in their bars to avoid a bitter taste. The famous chocolatier Jean-Charles Rochoux takes things to the next level by carving incredibly intricate chocolate sculptures, which he displays in his shop of the same name in Saint-Germain-des-Près.
