The rent call with Lodgis<\/h2>\n

This is the system through which you get a notification reminding you that you have to pay your rent (all tax included) before the 1st of the upcoming month<\/strong>.
\n 
\nAt Lodgis, we send you an e-mail in English so you don’t forget your next payment. Please note that no extension is granted and that there are two ways to pay your rent:
\n 
\n– you can transfer your payment to the owner
\n– you can pay Lodgis.
\n <\/p>\n

The rent call with the owner<\/h3>\n

In general, the owners don’t have a rent call system. It’s more common practice than an established rule.
\n 
\nHowever, if you want the owner of your accommodation to send you a monthly rent call, you could absolutely ask them to.<\/strong>
\n <\/p>\n

The rent receipt with Lodgis<\/h2>\n

The rent receipt is a proof of payment. In other words, once you’ve paid your monthly rent you’ll receive a rent receipt stating that you don’t owe any money.

\nLodgis sends you the rent receipt one month after your payment. Please note that in France, this bill is an official proof of payment.<\/strong>

The rent receipt with the owner<\/h3>\n

If you pay the rent directly to your owner, please note that they are required by law to send you the rent receipt.

\nYou should be sent your rent receipt after your payment has been received, so there’s no waiting period. This document is written by the owner themselves.
