Le Chien de Pavlov<\/strong> is a lively and contemporary bistro situated in the heart of Vieux Bordeaux. This cosy restaurant is unconventionally decorated<\/strong> with things like mismatched antique furniture and Tiffany lights. The menu changes by season<\/strong> depending on what ingredients are fresh and available, but the prices always remain relatively similar<\/strong> and for the excellent quality of the food, the dishes are generally good value for money.
