Here&#8217;s a (non-exhaustive) list not to forget:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your <strong>CPAM<\/strong> and <strong>health insurance provider<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Your <strong>bank<\/strong> and <strong>insurance companies<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Your <strong>energy providers<\/strong> (electricity, gas, water)<\/li>\n<li>Your <strong>internet and mobile service providers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>tax authorities<\/strong> (update your details via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.impots.gouv.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">impots.gouv.fr<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Schools<\/strong> if you have children<\/li>\n<li>Your press subscriptions, clubs, or other platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Good to know: most of these services now offer online platforms where you can update your address in just a few clicks.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>Forwarding your mail with La Poste<\/h2>\n<p>To avoid oversights and give yourself time to complete your change of address, <strong>La Poste offers a permanent mail forwarding service<\/strong>, within France or internationally.<\/p>\n<p>Learn more and subscribe online: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laposte.fr\/changement-adresse-demenagement-reexpedition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>Permanent mail forwarding within France<\/h3>\n<p>This service allows your mail to be automatically forwarded to your new address in mainland France or the French overseas territories. It covers letters, registered mail, press, catalogs, advertisements, and Colissimo parcels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2025 rates:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 months: \u20ac49.90<\/li>\n<li>12 months: \u20ac81.90<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The 6-month contract can be renewed once. Multiple beneficiaries can be added at no extra cost.
