The long-awaited French Open at Roland Garros 2018<\/strong> will take place between 21st May (qualifying rounds) and 10th June (Men’s Final). <\/strong>

Some information about Roland Garros 2018<\/h2>\n

The matches are played on 24 courts and ticket prices vary:
\n-The cheapest: \u20ac20<\/strong> per person for qualifying matches on courts 6-18<\/strong>, as well as training sessions on the Suzanne-Lenglen court<\/strong> with unreserved seating.
\n– The most expensive: \u20ac1490 <\/strong>\u00a0per person for the best seats at the Philippe-Chatrier court<\/strong>, with unlimited access to outdoor courts and training sessions, backstage tours, gifts, and the chance to meet the French professionals.
\n 
\nThe eagerly-awaited draws will take place a few days before the start of the tournament, giving you a precise schedule of the matches.
\n128 players<\/strong> will contest the precious \u00abcoupe des mousquetaires\u00bb<\/strong>, 104 qualify automatically as seeds, 16 come through the qualifying matches and 8 arrive as the notorious wild-cards<\/em>.

Retrospective 2017 and 2018’s favorites<\/h3>\n

The Men’s 2017<\/strong> championship winner, Rafael Nadal<\/strong> will be back this year to defend his title, (which he has won a record-breaking 10 times now!). He will be up against top players such as Andy Murray, Novak Djokovic and Wilfried Tsonga. Not to mention new international favourites<\/strong> like Milos Raonic and Stanislas Wawrinka, and of course some French favourites<\/strong>: Ga\u00ebl Monfils and Richard Gasquet.

\nAs for the Women’s tournament<\/strong>, 2017\u2019s winner, Jelena Ostapenko<\/strong> will be back hoping to retain her title. Big favourites such as Garbine Muguruza, Serena Williams, Caroline Wozniaki, and Simona Halep will also be battling it out to win the 2018 title along with French favourites<\/strong> Caroline Garcia and Kristina Mladenovic.

\n– Online<\/strong>: from 21st March<\/strong>, you can see the tickets’ real time availabilities and receive an instant confirmation by e-mail after placing the order.
\n– On site<\/strong>: You can buy paper tickets for qualifying matches only.<\/strong>
\n– By mail<\/strong>: this ordering method is restricted to a maximum of \u20ac200<\/strong> and the processing is longer.

Some advice<\/h3>\n

– We recommend getting there early<\/strong> to queue as it will be busy. Gates will open at 10:00.
\n– Be prepared to go through extensive security checks<\/strong> on arrival \u2013 make sure you bring your tickets<\/strong> and passport<\/strong> for ID checks (because a foreign driver’s licence won’t be accepted<\/strong> as ID).
\n– There are certain things that aren’t allowed inside the grounds (selfie sticks, bottles over 1.5l, etc.) and there are baggage restrictions<\/strong> as well, so be sure to check these before you go.<\/p>\n
