The 8th arrondissement<\/h2>\n

One word: expensive. This central business district \"champs-elysees-8th\" is based around the Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es, the prestigious Parisian avenue that’s famous for its luxury shops, restaurants and exclusive nightclubs.
