Le FAT (French Art Touch)

Now this one is not the cheapest or longest of happy hours but you don’t go for this reason. The reason you go is for the place itself. The bar is dedicated to hip hop and street art with the walls covered in graffiti. This is a very funky bar that even offers beer pong. Le Lèche Vin

Don’t let the religious images that coat the walls fool you. There aren’t any hymns sung here or any church choirs for that matter – rather groove, jazz and hip hop. Le Café du Commerce

While on the outside this bar-brasserie appears slightly run down, the décor on the inside is very impressive with a grand counter top for the bar and attractive red benches and booths, as well as frescoes that cover the walls with images of Montmartre and the original Moulin Rouge. The bar is situated near the Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge in the 18th arrondissement, so for somewhere in such a prime location, beers starting at €3.90 and cocktails at €5.60 every night from 4p.m to 9p.m, is not bad at all.
